RAMADAN FIDYA PROJECT- 2012

Assalamu Alaikum

Re: Fidya in lieu of missed fasting due to sickness or any other reasons permitted under Shariyah– Ramadan 2012.

Many of our donors are asking us regarding the cost of Fidya i.e., the cost of Food Grains required for one person to observe fasts for 30 days. We have calculated the cost of Fidya as Rs.1,500/- (US$:30) for one person.

Kindly inform us the details of number of persons who wish to pay Fidaya so that we can make arrangements for distribution of Food Grains to the deserving persons. List of items in Fidya Food Pack is as following:

Donors residing in USA and Canada may send their donations to our supportive organizations to avail tax benefit. Please specify that the amount is meant for FIDYA.
